- Initiate and then implement high-impact quality projects leading to operational efficiency and higher productivity (Within Six Sigma, Lean process improvement methodology)

| Job Description |
:: |
- Qualified Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/CPA /CFA with 5+ years of experience in Financial Control, Reporting & Analysis / Period-end close / Global Consolidation of a organization of similar scale within US GAAP, IFRS, IAS reporting framework
- Some experience of financial services preferred
- Consolidation experience in a technical role is desirable
- An awareness of developments in accounting and regulatory environment
- Strong spreadsheet skills
- Ability to deal with and analyze unstructured problems and queries and to question and challenge existing procedures.
- Be a self starter/motivated - ability to work with minimum supervision with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex financial issues confidently to line management
- Be able to work to strict deadlines, under pressure and be a team player
- Keen to learn/ask questions/progress
- Ideally, experience of leading and managing teams of between 5-8 members or experience of being a senior/deputy within a team
- Global Exposure and experience in multi-tasking |
