- MIddle office activities.
- Responds to customer?s written queries (received via mail, email or fax) by drafting responses in the form of letters which are then mailed to the customers.
- Basic Knowledge of banking concepts such as Mortgage, Wire payments, foreign currency, desktop applications troubleshooting

1. Any Graduate/ Post Graduates with 0 to 36 months of experience
2. Proficiency in MS Office
3. Good typing speed - upto 30 wpm
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills for any correspondence
