Role: Senior .Net Engineer
Skills Required: C#, Sql Server 2008/2005, Web Services, WCF, Asp.net, Windows Services, LINQ, SSRS, Design Patterns
Experience:
Should have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in above mentioned technologies.
Working knowledge of open and closed source, third party frameworks
4+ years developing high-performance enterprise level web/windows applications
Experience MS SQL Server Reporting Services would be advantageous.
Excellent understanding of development lifecycle & release management
Knowledge of at least one Design Pattern (e.g. Singleton, MVC)
Good understanding of WCF and windows services.
Role: Senior Java Engineer
Skills Required: JSP, Core Java, Oracle Database, Advanced Java, Struts, Swing
Experience:
Should have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in above mentioned technologies.
4+ years developing high-performance enterprise level web/windows applications
Good Java skills to the level of a java developer
Working experience with Oracle Database technologies
Experience in source control systems (ideally SVN)
Experience in Adapt components and configuration tools would be advantageous.
Excellent understanding of development lifecycle & release management
Role: Java Engineer

Have knowledge of Development Methodologies and Software Engineering
Experience in .net/Java technologies
Should have at least worked on one Live Project.
Communication Skills:
Should have good communication skills so that can effectively communicate with Business users whenever required.
Should have at least worked on one or two International Project.
