LOCATION - Delhi /NCR
JOB PROFILE - CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE
The CCE will handle all the queries/problems of customers walking in the retail outlet of Vodafone. Its not a Telecalling job. It will be a direct face to face interaction with the customers. The executives need to handle the customer's billing and payments . The employees will be placed in a retail outlet nearby their residence (within 5 to 8 kms). The candidate do not have to achieve any targets , the incentives would be paid on the monthly sales of store/outlet of the Vodafone.
Job Timings - 10.00 am to 7.30 pm
No Night shifts
Salary - 7.5 k to 10.5 k ( salary depends on educational qualification and work experience) + incentives.
Educational qualification required - undergraduate/graduate/postgraduate. Candidates having work experience are also welcome.
Age - 18 to 25 yrs.
Essential requirements- Excellent Communication skills , Pleasing Personality etc.
