Job Description :: Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and procedures Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries Electronically process data and respond to customer queries pertaining to banking transactions from HSBC offices across the globe
     
Candidate Profile :: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data High energy levels Negotiating skills Excellent interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Good Key Board skills Flexibility to work in shifts Should possess a 12th pass/graduation certificate Men and Women in the age group of 18 to 50 years are encouraged to apply
