| Job Description |

* Developing and executing comprehensive communications strategy and specific tactics:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive media strategy Identifying media opportunities and garnering placements
* Conceptualizing story ideas
* Preparing employees for interviews
* Maintaining relationships with media contacts
* Quality press release, case-study copywriting and coordination
* Development and coordination of press events and activities
* Responsive assistance to media inquiries.
* Manage a comprehensive public relations effort and bring awareness of company services and programs
* Anticipate, analyze and help mitigate issues that will affect the company's reputation.
* Project management capabilities- from conception to execution.

| Candidate Profile |
:: |
Total Experience: 6 - 10 yrs.
Relevant Exp.: 5 yrs of direct / corporate exp.; 3-4 yrs. exp. in the IT/BPO/ professional services industry preferred.
Must be thoroughly familiar with the highest professional standards of written and oral communication, print and broadcast media as well as public relations concepts.
Should have the ability to educate and inform technology/business community on company service offerings
