This is a hands-on role for a detail oriented individual who will coordinate, facilitate, provide technical direction and participate in the development of business applications. It requires excellent communication and development skills, and the ability to work independently and to manage multiple priorities. |

| Candidate Profile |

- Experience in leading and coordinating the activities of small software development teams
- Knowledge of business processes and ability to document business requirements
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop detailed design documents for software solutions
- Software architecture and designing skills
- Ability to provide team members with technical guidance
- Experience with Java Technologies required (specifically Core Java concepts should be very good)
- Excellent object-oriented design skills
- Knowledge of object-oriented 'Design Patterns' is required
-Proven organization, communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work efficiently both as a leader and a team player
- Excellent communications skills
Note: Candidates from REC, NIT and IITare preferred.
