1.Organizing Meetings
2.Preparation of Presentations
3.Efficiently handling of records & reports.
4.Preparation of Various presentations and reports using PowerPoint and MS Excel.
5.Arranging conferences, meetings preparing minutes and ensuring its distribution, etc
6.Coordination and interaction with team members, internal departments and customers.
7.Document Management.
8.Providing administrative support. |

1. Education: B Com
2. 1-4 years administrative experience in a multinational environment. Freshers with a zeal to learn can apply.
3. Good written and verbal communication.
4. Self-motivated, well-organised, detail-oriented and resourceful.Should have a pleasant personality.
5. Able to maintain high level of confidentiality on matters relating to work
6. Able to complete task within deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
