? Managing client’s requirement and work distribution for the team.
? Estimation, Analysis, Design and implementation of enhancement requests.
? Ensuring quality and timely delivery of enhancement requests/bug fixes.
? Ensuring quality processes.
? Tracking and Monitoring project activities.
? Suggesting tactical improvements in the system to the client.
? Part of the team undertaking a study to revamp the entire application. |
