| Job Description |

B.E/B.Tech/Diploma with total of 2+ years of experience in Java/J2EE and WebMethods.
- Must be highly customer focused and understand the customer?€™s service requirements
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workload, according to SLA?€™s and defined deadlines
- Experience of problem analysis and resolution
- Self control under pressure
- Able to work on own initiative
- Ability to manage workload effectively
- Liaise effectively with other teams where necessary
- Flexible in approach, and prepared to assist other technical disciplines to resolve support issues
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Excellent analysis skills and foresight / understanding of production Support issues.
- Ability to manage incidents to completion and appropriately document the incident for future reference and closure of the feedback loop to the consumer.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience of development within modern integration environments and any exposure to toolsets such as Webmethods, Seebeyond.
- Some knowledge of Tomcat, Application Servers, web services and scripting would also be desirable.
- Experience/knowledge on SOA
Key relationships: All Technical Teams (BSS, Systems, DCS, MSU, A&E). |
