Job Description :: Skills: - Strong financial control, reporting, technical and analytical skills; a strong operational focus - Sound judgement, with a strong sense of personal accountability and integrity - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Thrives on working in changing and demanding environments - Takes both an overview and also has an excellent grasp of the detail - Excellent people management skill - Excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, effectively manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines - Enthusiastic and innovative - Demonstrable success in managing teams - High level of professional work discipline and attention to detail as well as keeping the big picture in mind. - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products - Experience analyzing financial data using OLAP tools (Essbase, MIK) or data warehouses - Excel VBA programming experience Knowledge & Experience: - Previous experience of Finance Manager role in Financial Planning - ERP experience preferred Academic & Professional Qualifications: - Strong academic background - Qualified Accountant - 7+ years of experience post qualification - Previous budgeting, reporting and planning experience - Advanced Excel modelling skills (vlookups, pivot tables, macros) Travel Requirements: - Occasional travel may be required
