We are continuously in the process of expanding our marketing team which thrives us to look out for Marketing Executives / Business Development Managers with good track record of placing H1 consultants.
Kindly find the job description below.
* Placement of candidates, negotiating rates and agreements and closing the opportunities and resolving issues during the employees assignments.
* Develop and establish new clientele in the IT market.
* Continuing to improve business with existing clients.
* Establish and Implement new marketing strategies.
* Build strong relationships with prospective customers, answer questions about our service offerings and follow-up on closing new business.
* Get new technical requirements and act fast on requirements to present the suitable resumes.

Preferred Location: Coimbatore.
Other Locations: Chennai and Bangalore.
Compensation plan includes base salary + performance pay.
