Ideal candidate should have over all 8-12 years of total experience.
In the last 2-3 years should have lead a team of programmers and well versed with J2ee and related frameworks / Technologies.
Candidate should have prior experience in all phases of software development lifecycle.
Prior experience in financial domain would be an added advantage.
Experience with Project Management frameworks, and with UML and Use Case methodologies and implementation cycle; Demonstrates rigorous structured approach to project management.
Excellent organization and communication skills (both written and verbal);
Proven leader and team player.
Driven and committed to overcome obstacles and deliver the project on time.
