Job Description :: Division Human Resources Area Human Resources Reporting to Manager - Human Resources Job Title Executive/Sr Executive ? Human Resource (Recruitments) Location Mumbai Working Hours 6 days per week Minimum Qualifications Post graduate with Specialization in HR/ MBA HR /Graduate with Experience in Recruitment/HR Main Responsibilities Responsibilities ? Conducting initial round of personal interviews ? Maintaining record on daily walk in status ? Tabbing various sources of recruitment to achieve targets ? Optimally utilize website portal to recruit and hire ? Maintaining data on employee referral schemes ? Liasoning with external vendors, maintaining data on them. ? Promoting the organization among educational and technical institutes ? Conducting off site recruitment drives ? Coordinating second and final round of interviews with internal employees. ? Salary negotiation and finalization ? Preparing and issuing offer letters ? Ensuring the ones that have been offered join as per the scheduled date of joining ? Updating on daily recruitment MIS
