Triumph Systems and Solutions Pvt LTd an IT Solutions Company delivering corporate training, project consultancy and resourcing solutions to who'who of the IT world globally with a current strength of 300+ tech savvy professionals and growing at 100% each year.
We have an immediate requirement for SOFT SKILLS TRAINERS FOR PUNE location to join us full-time.
The prime responsibility of the selected professional would be to provide training on soft skills in CMM Level5 IT companies on the technologies he/she is comfortable at.
The skills required are:
-Body language
-Presentation Skills
-Leadership Development
-Time Management
-Goal Setting
-Interpersonal Effectiveness
-Corporate Etiquette & Grooming
-English Edge Program
-Working in Teams
-Customer Orientation
-Assertiveness Skills
-Articulation Skills
-Effective Meetings
-Business Communication Workshop
-Written Communication Skills
and so on.....
The trainer should have
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to express ideas
- Positive attitude
- Ability to engage the training participants and encourage them to express and share their experience and ideas
The main responsibilities of the TRAINER involved would be :
- Conducting the training
- preparing the courseware for the training
- Assess the skills of the participants
- At times, mentoring the junior faculties. |
