-Semi - Technical US based Process.
-Would be either completely voice based or blended depending upon nature of requirement.
-Candidate would be required to provide Microsoft Operating system technology support like windows 2003 etc.
-24 x 7 shifts.

- MCSA / MCSE Certification is MANDATORY.
