This position is responsible for ensuring the quality of data available within the Service Assurance team by responding to daily requests from the business and support of holistic data uploads and/or changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logging service activities into Delphi
- Innovating on how we track and record service activities
- Create weekly service utilization reports using EDW
- Create standardized business intelligence reports using EDW
Qualifications:
Customer Service Skills:
- Superior customer/member service ethic
- Willingness to work outside the strict job description parameters, thinking creatively about how to provide the highest level of customer/member service
Communication and Presentation Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to present self professionally and intelligently to internal clients/colleagues
Organization and Time Management
Skills:
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Professional/Miscellaneous Skills:
- Strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office)
- Facile with Excel
- Appetite to learn EDW
- Strong knowledge of business fundamentals and current events and/or appetite to learn
- Understanding of basic business performance metrics
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Graduated with exceptional performance in undergraduate/graduate academics
Education/Experience Notes:
- Ideal candidate has experience working with Siebel software packages; recognition that training on CEB's implementation will be required
