| Job Description |

The ideal individual must be able to develop and prepare multi-dimensional layouts and detailed drawings of the semiconductor devices from schematics and related geometry provided by design engineering.
The individual will be responsible for checking dimensions, writing specifications, and verifying completed drawings, artwork or digitized plots.
The individual must have good communication skills as well as a good understanding of Basic VLSI Concepts.
Having knowledge and hands-on experience of verification DRC/LVS check tools such as Hercules, Assura, Calibre, etc. is a plus, as well as experience in memory layout, Cadence Platform, and Scripting: PERL and SKILL.
The individual must also have knowledge on reliability issues.

The responsibilities of the individual include creating block layouts such as Charge Pumps, Sense Amps, I/Os, and Reference systems.
The individual will be involved in a full chip layout creating STANDARD and MACRO cells.
The ideal individual will be working with our India and US physical designs teams for all related tasks and also mentor the team members.
Diploma/BSc in Electronics. Engineering is a plus.
2-4 years of experience in Analog/Mixed Signal CMOS full-custom Layout.
