| Job Description |

The person will be responsible for block layouts such as Charge Pumps, Sense Amps, I/Os, Reference system, full chip layout and taping out. Will work with our India and US physical design teams for all tasks. This person will also be the Project Manager and will mentor the other team members.

| Candidate Profile |
:: |
Must have good communication skills.
Experience in NAND FLASH memory layout and Cadence Platform. Scripting in PERL and SKILL.
Knowledge of reliability issues/checks.
PDK and rule-set development. Full chip development and tape out flow.
Diploma/BSc in Electronics. Engineering is a plus.
4-6 years of experience in Analog/Mixed Signal CMOS full-custom Layout.
