Requirements: This position requires a solid foundation in a particular F&A functional area, effective communications to multiple levels of the organization, and knowledgeable of the other functions of Finance and Account. The position requires an individual who can perform process development, reengineering and improvement. The individual much be able to work well within a multi cultural, geographically dispersed, unstructured non routine team environment involving ambiguous customer environments.
Role Scope: Executes transition activities for a single functional area or tower within F&A. Responsible for achieving transition objectives with budgeted work effort and travel plans. Interacts with Customer? supervisors and individual staff to document current state processes and develop future state process flows, identify and resolve issues, identify change control, risks, compliance concerns, and contractual or legal requirements while identifying operationally efficient solutions and delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities:
? Utilize and support repeatable processes and standard work products and tools.
? Ensure all transition deliverables are complete, thorough and of high quality
? Documents client current state
? Determine Future State Solution that is operationally effective
? Identify and resolving issues, collaborating with transition team and Customer
? Ensure work flow and operational processes are effective and efficient for future operations
? Providing Status updates to both Customer and ACS transition teams
? Develop and recommend risk mitigation plans
? Recommend improvements to standard processes and work product
? Escalate any cross tower issues or issues with support issues
? Work with the SBU/Operations supervisors to resolve any issues
? Coordinate with support teams to ensure Facilities, IT, Mailroom, and Workflow requirements are documented and fulfilled
? Participate in Acceptance testing
? Escalate issues and risks to the Transition Manager
