Essential duties and responsibilities typically include the following and others as assigned:
General Responsibility Specifics
I. Operational tasks
? To lead a large, multi-location team with focus on performance to achieve goals, including coaching and developing teams.
? To ensure that the team operates effectively and maintains service level agreements.
? Posses proven ability to manage workflows and processing tasks.
? Possess previous experience analyzing business performance measures and reporting. Possess prior experience in training facilitation and administration to Develops and/or conducts training programs
? To oversee the maintenance of departmental records and the generation and balancing of transaction reports.
? To collaborate with Support Functions like IT, HR, & Finance to establish the right infrastructure to enable smooth Operations.
? To perform functions associated with monthly financial closing
II. Communication & Client Servicing
? To respond to inquiries from employees, clients, vendors and other outside parties.
? To correspond both orally and in writing with internal and external parties. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation III. Company Contribution
? Assists with related special projects, as required.

Desired Experience profile & Educational Qualification:
? CA/ CWA/ CA inter/ CWA inter/MBA ( Finance)/ Commerce Graduate/Post Graduate.
? At least 2-3 years of People Management Experience (in any conventional or BPO industry).
? At least 6-7 years of Good Experience in Accounts and Finance.
? Flexible to work in Shifts.
? Proficiency in MS Office applications
