? Work with Clients and Management on all data and reporting issues/projects/concerns.
? Develop ?home grown? statistical analysis project to identify collection opportunity and process improvement opportunity
? Develop and substantiate efficiencies and best practices for our client.
? Develop and automate current and new reporting/metrics/dashboards for internal and external customers.
? Develop strong internal and external relationships with ACS and client Management.
? Propose and spearhead best practices directly related to trusted metrics.

? Professional in manner.
? Full knowledge of MS Office suite.
? Available for business travel when necessary .
? Available for extended hours as needed.
? Superb troubleshooting skills.
