Account Lead - Managed Services
The Account Lead will report to the Service Delivery Manager and work closely with the SSI Managed Service Practice Manager
Experience:
? 5-10 years of relevant work experience
? Project management experience
Primary Responsibilities:
? Client management
? Bid Management; includes involving in business development.
? Plan & Execute offshore projects effectively.
? Liaison with internal groups and co-ordinate project activities to ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget and good quality.
? Solutions lifecycle development, management and maintenance
? Improve processes.
Key Skills/Abilities:
? Strong Oracle Applications knowledge, Oracle Products (Database, development tools and technologies) knowledge preferred.
? Good team player
? Good Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
? Quality documentation skills
? Attitude to function with a disciplined and systematic approach to work
? Ability to work in an independent mode with minimal guidance
? Negotiation skills
? Knowledge of project management tools and practices, AIM, MS Project Plan, etc.
